This is an employee only celebration so therefore please no guests.
[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All winners will be notified by January 27th and all RSVP's must be received by February 5th!  Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the April trip.

Passports are required for travel to Mexico.  Please make sure your passport does not expire for 3 months following the trip.  

You will be asked to fill out a tourist card upon arrival, please do NOT lose this small white card as its required for exit from the country.




[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

Please do NOT book your flight for the upcoming Club trip.  Becky Garber will be handling all flight bookings this year.  You will have access to your flight itinerary 30 days before the trip.  This year we are traveling on a group flight block so be aware that online check-in/seat selection might not be available.


[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Yes. When you arrive to Cancun airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the Drift sign held by Amstar DMC once you exit the airport. They will be wearing blue Hawaiian shirts and khaki pants.

Upon arrival, when you pass through immigration, please make sure you keep the white bottom section of the immigration form as you will need it to depart the country!

For your transfer from Unico to the Cancun airport, you must check out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman in order to depart the hotel.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Please email Marci@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests.  Each additional night is $483 per room for single occupancy.  Again this price is for only one person per room.  If you would like to double up with another employee for the extension nights the cost is $557 total for 2 guests.  There are very limited double beds though as all guests will be in guaranteed king bed swim up rooms but let us know and we can inquire!

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be billed back to you through payroll.



[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits and sandals will be worn for most of the event!  

There is no dress code for the restaurants on property.


Golf does require collared shirts.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What can I expense from this trip?

Given the resort is all-inclusive, we ask that you only expense airport transfers (home to airport round-trip) for this event!

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through your individual itinerary and Travefy app so we highly recommend downloading it before the trip.  Also feel free to download the Unico 2087 app as it will allow you to personalize your mini bar pre-trip, make reservations, and find out whats going on at the hotel during the trip!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
