All winners will be notified by January 27th and all RSVP's must be received by February 5th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the April trip.
Tourist cards are no longer required to enter the Dominican Republic. Passports are required. Please make sure your passport does not expire for 3 months following the trip.
Becky has given all attendees access to Lola to book your President's Club flight. Please book your desired flight directly on Lola (you will have access to the corporate credit card so no expense reports are needed). Please book flights by February 10, 2019 the latest.
All hotel and transportation is pre-booked, please do not book anything outside of a flight on Lola.
Please ensure all arrivals are by 7pm on April 4th and departures anytime April 7th.
Yes when you arrive to Punta Cana airport, please proceed through customs and immigration, then pickup luggage. There will be luggage handlers who pull each bag and stack them up, it is okay to say no thank you and take your bag or you can use the luggage handlers (please provide tip). Please follow signs towards the exit. You will hotel counters to the left and on the right companies holding up individual signs. Please look for the Drift sign held by Connect DMC once you exit the airport.
For departures you must check out from the hotel, keep that departure card for when you depart.

Again this price is for only one person per room. If you would like to double up with another employee for the extension nights for a more affordable stay please let us know and we can inquire about double occupancy pricing.
This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits and sandals will be worn for most of the event!
For men please bring one pair of long pants, golf shirt, and loafers for the trip.
Our final dinner will be on the beach so feel free to wear sandals that you can take off when you arrive!
Given the resort is all-inclusive, we ask that you only expense airport transfers (home to airport round-trip) for this event!
There will be two options.
1. All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner. This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
